Conseil Naruto Ninja 3 is a role-playing adventure game featuring a story parallel to the anime. The story is based on the anime series while featuring some new features. The gameplay is similar to previous two games in the series, featuring Naruto vs Ninjas. Players can also customize their character with different costumes, weapons and items. The game for the Nintendo DS has a total of 8 playable characters that include: Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, Sai Uchiha, Shizune Hiruzen, Ino Yamanaka and Choji Akimichi.
