An evil alien named Lothor has unleashed some monsters into your atmosphere, they have been attacking all the ninja academies around Earth. Most of these ninjas have been killed, but some have survived. One fighter from Wind Ranger ninja academy and two from the Thunder Ranger ninja academy have survived, they have help from a mysterious green samurai ranger as well.
