Cooking Mama 2: Dinner with Friends is a cooking simulation game for the Nintendo DS where you will follow Mama’s guidance to create delicious meals. You can chop, stir, mix, and cook with realistic controls that mimic real-life cooking. Recipes include popular favorites like pancakes, California rolls, meatloaf, and even homemade ice cream which make for a fun and creative cooking experience.
This version introduces new game modes - "Cook with Mama" is a relaxed mode where players can practice recipes with Mama’s help and "Let’s Cook!" tests players’ skills without step-by-step guidance. A new multiplayer mode called "Cooking Contest" where players compete against friends to see who can complete cooking tasks the fastest. You can customize various aspects of the game including Mama’s outfit and kitchen decor, and keep track of your culinary journey with a personal diary feature.
