To give you a clearer image, think of a zombie-like character similar to Frankenstein's Monster! Which is why, the name of the antagonist is also similar. This monster has to be defeated on a single song "Experiment". It can get difficult given that the monster looks scary and creepy, but only focus on the arrows that slide on your screen.
