He is your latest antagonist in this mod, which is why you have to beat him on just two songs, Void Moon and Dark Impulse. Perform both of these songs in the story or free-play mode, make sure you hit all the notes of these tracks. Try to turn the progress bar in your favor, or else you may lose the musical battle.
