Pokemon Perfect Water Blue

Pokemon Perfect Water Blue is a fan-made ROM hack of Pokemon Fire Red that focuses on the Kanto and Johto regions. It makes all 251 Pokémon from these areas available to catch and train while excluding Hoenn Pokémon. You will find adjusted Gym Leader teams, stronger AI, and new Pokémon encounters in different areas. These create an amazing experience that remains true to the original storyline but with several improvements.

This hack includes features like the Physical/Special split, increased shiny odds, and the ability to evolve Johto Pokémon mid-game without needing the National Dex. Legendary Pokémon such as Mew, Lugia, and Ho-Oh are all available, and you can explore new in-game events and challenges. It also includes a final battle against Giovanni after defeating him in the Viridian Gym. The game's mechanics are also updated, with reusable TMs, faster egg hatching, and fixes to several bugs from the original version.
