Sprunki Phase 7 Alive is an Incredibox mod in which the music never entirely takes shape. The beats shift between steady and off-balance, and the voices fade in and out as if they are struggling to stay in tune. Some parts feel too bright, while others pull the track in the opposite direction. The music does not break, but it never quite fits together.

The characters look as strange as they sound. Most have bandages covering their faces as if hiding something. A smiling sun stands on one side, beaming with wide eyes. Conversely, a tall, shadowy figure in a black suit and hat watches without expression. These contrasts make the music shift between something light and something unsettling.
