Super Pang

Super Pang is a 1990 arcade game developed and published by Mitchell Corporation. The game is a single player action-puzzle game in which you will control a character who must pop balloons by shooting them with a harpoon gun. You must clear each level of all balloons before proceeding to the next level. As the game progresses, the balloons will split into smaller balloons upon being shot, requiring the player to pop multiple balloons at once.
