This is an online battle game called Settore 781, it is in 2D and from the platform metroidvania created by Refold. There will be 3 realms in "Sector 781", your job is to battle your way through them. You get to modify and upgrade your character/weapons. You will have to collect as many shards as you can to increase your energy supply. To move around in the realms, use teleports and shoot anything that you see moving.
