Madness Regent is the prequel to this new game called Madness Accelerant. You may call this game a remake of the popular game Madness Combate 7: Consternation. Your main objective in the game is to play the role of Hank and try to kill Tricky. He will be chasing you throughout the map of Nevada. If your health bar depletes, you can collect the hot dogs on the way to heal. After you’ve won the game, an even more complex version called Madness Mode will be unlocked.
