The player is a young Pokemon trainer who challenges the might of the evil Giratina, a Pokemon with a legendary status in the Sinnoh region who has the power to control dimensions. The game has Pokemon characters named Mewtwo and Dialga in new versions. Giratina is bent on destroying the Sinnoh. The player is up against an uphill battle against his army, terrorizing the region. The player's mission is to make the young Pokemon player the Champion of Sinnoh.
